Working

Busy evening. I have a couple of people not doing so well, but they're okay for now. Its difficult to keep an eye on them when there's so much paperwork at night. Luckily, things have settled down now and I actually have some down time. Better than last night. I wonder sometimes how long some of these people would stay if they had to pay for their health care. Would they work harder to get out of the hospital? Would they be more motivated to participate in their own care rather than just become so dependent on the nursing staff? Hard to say. If you're sick its one thing but when the length of your stay is dependent on how much effort you put into your rehab... well, I won't get into that now.
